At TowelShack, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for any of our products. However, if you're not happy with your towels, we offer a simple exchange process. Please review our return policy below:

1. Exchange Timeframe

You can exchange your towels within 7 days of receiving your order.

2. Condition of Returns

To be eligible for an exchange, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Any item that does not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

3. Exchanges

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. Exchanges will be processed within 30 days of receiving your return.

4. Return Shipping

Exchange shipping costs (R100.00) are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or defective. For damaged or defective items, return shipping is covered by TowelShack.

5. How to Initiate an Exchange

To initiate an exchange, please log your request on our website by visiting the Returns Page. Once your request is logged and approved, you will receive instructions on how to return your item.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us through the Returns Page on our website. We may ask you to provide photos of the defect, and we will arrange for a replacement or a refund, including covering the cost of return shipping.
